Hello! I have been trying to pay off my Chase credit card for some time now. Every month I send anywhere from 0-00. My balance is now down to 00 BUT the fact that my APR is so high just kills me. It is only taking me longer to pay it off. I have applied for 0% APR credit cards to do a balance transfer and I am not getting approved. What can I do?!?!? I feel like I am spinning my wheels standing still! Oh and I already called to see if they could do anything. They said that there has been a freeze on changing APRs due to the economy. Well heeelllooo I am tyring to bring mine down.. not up!! HELP!
