How do I choose a Credit Card company and which is the best?

Some offer no fee no APR on balance transfer for a year. or 6 month, 8 month, etc. Some charge fee on Balance transfer. Some are fixed APR low rate of 8% some are 18%….etc. They keep sending me bunch of "pre-Aprooved" card offer every week. Why is that? Am I in good credit standing?

I feel like I am spinning my wheels standing still! Oh and I already called to see if they could do anything. They said that there has been a freeze on changing APRs due to the economy. Well heeelllooo I am tyring to bring mine down.. not up!! HELP!

What is the best credit card (see below for specifics)?

I have excellent credit.
I want to have a card that has a good, secure website for billpay and management.
I would like a good interest rate for transfering a balance from my other card.
I want a good permanent interest rate.

I have a capitol one card now and I hate it. I never lets me use the online bill pay and my brother has had multiple problems with his also.

I received an offer from my insurance company for a visa that has a 2.9% balance transfer rate until Oct. 2009, and a permanent 9.9% interest rate on purchases. It also has online account management and does not have an annual fee.

Does this sound like the best offer or do you know of better ones or cards you are really pleased with?

Can I keep using 0% APR, $0 fee balance transfer offers every 12 months to pay off my credit at 0% APR.?

I have about ,000 in credit card debt at 16% APR. I’m going to use a balance transfer with no fee to a card with 0% for 12 months. Can I just do a similar transfer every 12 months to a different card (with similar terms) to keep getting the 0% rate? Does this affect my credit score? Any pitfalls or fine print details I haven’t considered?

Credit card with 0% APR on balance transfers for life?

I am looking for a credit card that has a 0% APR on balance transfers for the life of the transfer, preferably with not balance transfer fee. I have searched MANY sites and only found 0% for the first 6, 12 or 15 months then the regular APR (usually like 15% or so) from that point on. Can anybody recommend a card that will do this?
I do not receive offers through the mail…I signed up to stop receiving those (figures that as soon as I do I would like to have one lol). My credit rating is excellent, so I should have no problems getting almost any card.

I normally never charge stuff, but this year was really bad for medical costs. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Credit card offers no interest for 1 year, can I depost the money, gain interest then pay off the card before?

Hi,
I get credit card offers where they offer 1 year no payment, no interest on balance transfer and purchases. If there is a way to convert a purchase into cash, can’t I just take the cash, put it in a saving account, gain some interest, then pay it back after 11 months and 29 day? Resulting in a net gain of the interest?
