Any idea on where I can get the best credit card in the Phils.? I'm just a starter but i wanna get the best!

The ones I see in the net are: Citibank, HSBC, BPI, Equitable, Unionbank. Which offers the most competitive benefits and prestige? Are there differences in the fees when I pay my monthly dues?

What's the best way to not get annoying credit card offers through the mail?

I can’t throw them away immediately either, they have my name on them so I have to shred them. It’s unbelievable how much energy goes into spamming people. What a waste of resources.
I called citibank, looks like there is a website you can go to, called http://optoutprescreen.com that lets you, over the web, opt out of any credit card offers for 5 years, and permanently if you do it over mail. hope this helps everyone else.
