How can I determine what the best(lowest) APR on a Credit Card is?
I have real bad credit I believe, because I even have a foreclosure in my credit report.I am now trying to find some kind of credit card offer that will let me borrow like 0.00, but I do not want it to have a terrible high interest rate nor a Deposit fee nor any other fee. I am trying to rebuild my credit because I only think that I will spend like .00 a month and try to pay it back in full the next month. I have tried to look into the many "Bad Credit" offers online, but I need some guidance as to what to do because I do not want to be cheated like many CC do as I have found out. What do you advice?

Would it be better to pay off my car or put towards high interest rate credit cards?
I just got a loan with a lower interest rate to consolidate some debt… but now I’m wondering if I should just pay off my car with it which has the same interest rate and free up 0 month which I can apply towards my high interest rate credit card debt. Or should I just apply it to my credit card debt and continue making car payments for another six months?
